Ashley Graham Gave a Glimpse Into Her Prenatal Workout, and Damn, She Doesn’t Slow Down

Ashley Graham is a certified badass in all elements of her life, and that includes her workouts. The 31-year-old model — who’s expecting her first child with husband Justin Ervin — recently shared a snippet of her prenatal fitness routine, and it’s definitely intense.

On Monday, Ashley posted an Instagram video of herself rowing vertically with the caption, “It’s a lifestyle 💪🏽.” Her trainer, Kira Stokes, provided even more insight into her gym session with a series of clips on her own Instagram Story. Ashley appeared to tackle a full-body workout with varied exercises, including cable pulls, weighted single-leg squats, and ladders. Whew, that’s no joke!
