Music can sometimes make or break a workout, and exercising to the tune of your favorite bops can make burning calories a whole lot more fun. Dance instructor Emily Thorne and Disney lover Alessa have teamed up again to help you do just that: the duo posted another Disney-themed HIIT Hop workout, but this time to the beat of music from Disney Channel Original Movies.
The 20-minute dance workout follows a Tabata-style format, which alternates between 20 seconds of high-intensity work and 10 seconds of rest. The playlist includes “The Party’s Just Begun” from The Cheetah Girls 2, Hannah Montana‘s “Rock Star,” and “Bet on It” from High School Musical 2.
